We’re a small, locally owned electrical company in Arab, Alabama — not a data company. We collect just enough information to call you back about the electrical work you need, and nothing more. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a sales list.
When you call, text, or submit the form on this site, we collect your name, mobile number, and whatever you tell us about the job you need done — for example, “breaker won’t reset” or “want a price on a panel upgrade.” That’s it. We don’t ask for anything else online, and we never collect payment information through this website.
We use your information for one purpose: to call or text you back about the request you made, and to schedule and complete the work you approve. We don’t use it for unrelated marketing, and we don’t hand it off to other businesses to market to you.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don’t add you to a sales list. We don’t share it with third parties except the plain tools that run this website and phone system (hosting and call/text delivery, mainly) — and only as much as it takes to get your message to us.
Like most small-business websites, this page can use standard tools (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to see which ad brought a visitor here and whether they called or filled out a form — mostly numbers and dates, never your job details. Turning cookies off in your browser doesn’t stop you from calling us or using the form.
We keep basic contact and job information for our own business and warranty-type records, for as long as that’s reasonable — then it’s deleted or archived. Want it deleted sooner? Just ask (see below).
